- Take 1cup mixed dal wash it and soak it for 3-4 hours. Dal is well soaked. Put dal in a pressure cooker. Add 1n 1/2 cup water. Add 1tsp haldi and salt. Close the lid and put on gas on high flame slow down the flame after one whistle cook 8-10 mins dal is cooked nicely.
- Heat a oan add 2-3tbsp oil add 1tsp cumin seeds when oil starts smoking add pinch of hing and 2dry red chilli, chopped ginger garlic paste fry for few seconds and add chopped green chilli chopped onion fry for few minutes add 1tsp haldi and salt to taste mix well and add chopped tomato. Cook till oil separates. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garma masala mix well cook on slow flame add kitchen masala..
- Add bolied dal in masala mix well add 1cup of water stir add 1tbsp ghee on top and dry fenugreek leaves. Add coriander leaves serve hot.
- In lager bowl take whole wheat flour add water to knead a soft dough keep aside. Dinner is ready. Serve with salad and chutney.
