- Need 3 1/2 cups for flour (maida).
- Prepare 2 tsp of sugar.

- Stretch and knead the dough till smooth. Cover with a samp cloth and keep in a warm place till it doubles in size.
- Knock the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape into smooth balls. Place the rolls on a greased baking tray, cover with a samp cloth and set aside for 15 mins or double in size.
- Pre heat the oven to 190°c. Bake it for 25 to 30 mins or till golden brown and soft to touch. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter and transfer on a wire rack to cool.
