- Cover with wet tea towel and place in warm place of 25C for 1 & a half or 2 hours.
- Line your baking pan with parchment paper or spray with oil,the one with flour in it.
- It will rise three times,like so.
- Remove tea towel and punch to deflate,mix to get rid of bubbles.
- Dust work surface with flour,scrape Dough,dust top of dough then shape into small balls.
- Rolls balls,then place smooth side on top.
- Spray surface with oil and s sesame seeds if you like and place in warm place,40-45 mins,it will rise about 75%(less than double).
- Preheat oven to 200C :390 F for 15-18 mins,or until surface is golden brown or centre of rolls seems hollow when tapped.
- Remove and brush with melted butter.
