  9. Take the other half of the dough and roll it flat to make the cover of the pie. Cover completely then cut slits to let air/steam out or make a lattice top..
  10. Brush egg yolk on the top. Bake in preheated oven, 180 degC for 15-20 mins..
  11. Cool b4 serve o its own or with vanilla ice cream..
