Composition - Bread Bhajiya/Pakoras:
- Give 1 lb of lamb or chicken mince/veg alternative like Quorn.

- Provide 1/2 tsp Garam masala.
- Give - Make the sauce.
- You need 1/2 cup for ketchup.
- Provide 1/2 tsp - chilli powder (optional).
- Need - Batter.
- Provide Gram of flour 2cups.
- Provide of Water.
- Require Pinch of Salt/ to taste.
- Require 1/4 tsp of chilli powder optional.
- Give of Oil to deep fry.
Bread Bhajiya/Pakoras step by step:
- Add oil to IP and start on sauté for 6 mins add the onions and brown add tomatoe. The IP will be still very hot even though the it’s switched off.
- Add all the masalas and then the mince mix & Turn on the IP to pressure cook for 5 mins. Make sure the whistle is in lock position.
- Mince releases it’s own water and we want the mince to be dry so don’t add anymore water, once the mince is done 5 mins, do a quick vent release..
- Now cook on sauté mode for 5/6 mins for the water to burn off. Once done remove from IP and leave to cool down.
- Cut the crust off your bread.
- Make your sauce ketchup mixed with chilli powder miss out the chilli powder if you like milder version.
- Now spread the 1st slice of bread with mince then 2nd with sauce. Put last onto the sauce and press down.
- Now cut into four & dip into batter & fry.
- #timesaver If you want to make these ahead for a party/Dinner you can make the squares and freeze them individually 1st then pop into a zip lock. Then dip and fry as needed, you can cook these from frozen.
- Also instead of ketchup you can use any other sauce you like or even chutneys.
