- Prep : Dice the onions and capsicum into petals. Deep fry them in oil or in an air frier.
- To the oil used in the above step add the onion tomato paste and fry it well..
- To the fried mixture add the chicken masala and add a cup of water to mix it well..
- Add the chicken to the mix and fry it well. Add water to the gravy as per the thickness..
- Once the chicken is done add the fried onions and capsicum and mix well till it is settled.
- Remove it to the serving bowl and add the cream and coriander for garnish.
