- Need 2 cup for basmati rice.
- Require 1 cup of golden fried onion.

- You need 1 tbsp of milk.
- Provide 1 tomato.
- Need 1/2 cup for sliced carrots.
- Require 1 cup - cubed cauliflower.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of cubed paneer.
- Provide 1/2 cup for green peas.
- Need 1/2 cup of chopped beans.
- Need 1/4 cup grated beat.
- Give 1 tsp garam masala.
- Give 1 tsp for lemon juice.
- Need to taste of Salt as per Taste.
- Require 1 tsp Red chilli powder.
- Require 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Give 1 tsp - coriander powder.
- Give 2 tbsp for clarified butter.
Vegetable Biryani process:
- Mix all vegetables in curd with 1/2 tsp salt and red chilli powder..
- Keep it aside for one hour..
- Now cook rice with whole spices and 1 tsp clarified butter and salt till 75% done..
- Now cook vegetables with turmeric powder, coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,slited green chillies, chopped tomatoes and salt till it dries.fry it in 1 tbsp clarified butter..
- Now heat a heavy bottom pan..
- Pour rest of clarified butter..
- Now spread one layer of half vegetables..
- Now spread some fried onions and some garam masala on it..
- Now sprinkle some coriander and mint leaves on it..
- Now spread half semi cooed rice on it..
- Repeat same process with rest of vegetables..
- Repeat same process with rest of rice..
- Cover it air tight..
- Or put one plate in it and keep one jar full of water over that plate..
- Take 1 tbsp lukewarm milk and pour saffron threads on it..
- Let it cook in slow flame for 15-20 minutes..
- If your heavy bottom pan is thin keep one tawa in bottom of that pan..
- Now switch off gas and open the cover..
- Now garnish it with rest of fried onion, coriander leaves,mint leaves, saffron milk,rest of clarified butter,garam masala and lemon juice..
