- Need 125-150 gms - Sprouted Matki.
- You need 2 for tomatoes.
- You need 2 Onions.

- Prepare 1 tsp of Red kashmiri chilli powder.
- Need 1 tsp - coriander powder.
- Need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.

- Prepare Hands coriander leaves.
- Provide As required of farsan for toppings.
- Need 3 tsp Oil for tadka.
Maharashtrian Misal start cooking:
- Wash Matki and soak overnight and then tie it in a cotton cloth for whole day next day it will be ready for making misal..
- Now take Oil in a pan and add the finely chopped tomatoes, onions and garlic, ginger paste to it saute it for a minute add all spices to it and saute until oil releases from that now add water about 4 glasses and add sprouted Matki to it let them give nice boil and cook them for around 15-20mins and lastly add Misal masala and again cook for around 10-15mins You can see the misal is nicely cooked with enough curry in to it add chopped coriander leaves and squeeze lemon to it..
- While serving add Farsan and chopped onions in the misal and enjoy the healthy sprouts with Pav, Bread, Phulka or Rice..
