  2. Now in a bottom vessel pan add oil as oil heats add rai, jeera, add besan. Roast it for 2min or till colour changes then add ground paste. Then add salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix them together and let it cook for 5-10 mins..
  3. After 10 min add kanda lasun masala, coconut and water and let it boil on low flame for 10min. After 10min turn off the gas. In a separate vessel heat oil then add Nagari jatka add this to the sabzi. Cover with lid and let it rest of 2min. After 2min in a serving bowl add sev then add sabzi and garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti or pav..
