- Give to taste salt.

- Wash and pat dry bhindi..
- In a pan dry roast peanuts and keep it aside..
- Pour a little bit of oil in a pan and add sesame seeds and roast it and then add grated coconut.
- Add in chopped ginger and garlic and roast it..
- When the coconut become dry, add in all the powdered ingredients for the stuffing and roast it until golden brown..
- Put the roasted peanut in a mixer and pulse it 3-4 times. add in the roasted coconut mixture along with it and grind coarsely..
- Make a slit in the middle of the bhindi and stuff this stuffing in it.
- Put oil in a pan and saute this stuffed bhindi and cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes..
- Open the lid and sprinkle salt water and add leftover stuffing and coat it well and fry until done.
