Take a deep pan and put oil in it, when the oil becomes hot add mustard seeds when mustard seeds crackle add turmeric powder and 4 to 5 cups of water.. When the water starts boiling add chilli powder, salt, roasted coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, tamarind pulp and jaggery..
